Charlie's in Romania studying dragons, and Bill's in Africa doing something for Gringotts.... -- Ron
Welcome to The Burrow, the home of the Weasleys! The Burrow is located outside the village of Ottery St. Catchpole, very well hidden from muggles. It is a fairly old farmhouse and slightly dilapidated. Extra rooms have been added over the years so that it is several stories high and so crooked that magic is probably holding it up. There is an uneven staircase that zigzags throughout the house. The red roof has four or five chimneys on top and a sign stuck in the ground by the entrance reads, "The Burrow". Several chickens are seen around the yard also. It is also interesting to note that weasels build burrows to live in.
Kitchen » a small and cramped room with a scrubbed wooden table and chairs in the middle. There is a clock on the wall with only one hand and no numbers. There is a fireplace with piles of books stacked on the mantelpiece. Some of the books titles are Charm Your Own Cheese, Enchantment in Baking, and Gilderoy Lockhart's Guide to Household Pests. There is also an old radio that is tuned to the WWN (Wizarding Wireless Network).
Living Room » has a grandfather clock with nine golden hands representing each family member. These hands point to inscriptions around the face which indicate where that person is at the moment. Some of the words on this clock are "home", "school", "work", "traveling", "lost", "hospital", "prison", and "mortal peril".
Ron's Bedroom » located on the fifth floor beneath the ghoul-inhabited attic. Nearly everything in Ron's room is orange, including the walls, bedspread, and ceiling. The walls are covered with various Chudley Cannons posters as well. Ron's school spellbooks are stacked in a corner next to a pile of The Adventures of Martin Miggs, the Mad Muggle comics. There is a fish tank full of frog spawn on the windowsill. There is also a deck of Self-Shuffling playing cards on the floor.
Percy's Bedroom » on the second floor with a window that looks out into the garden. When Percy lived at home, he spent alot of time in his room writing letters to Penelope or working on reports for the Ministry of Magic. Now that he has left home, his room is apparently vacant.
Fred & George's Bedroom » located on the second floor. Mysterious explosions and noises would emanate from their room, where the twins did magical experiments and concocted magical items for their business. The twins now live in an apartment above their shop in Diagon Alley so their room is used as storage.
Ginny's Bedroom » on the third floor. When Hermione visits, she sleeps in Ginny's room.
Garden » the garden in the backyard has gnarled trees lining the walls, lots of weeds, overgrown grass, a large pond, and lots of gnomes. In fact, the family must continuously de-gnome the garden every so often. During the summer when Harry and Hermione are visiting, everyone eats dinner outside in the garden.
Broom Shed » an old stone outhouse where the family stores their brooms. Ginny used to sneak in and practice her flying. It is full of spiders.
Garage » a tumbledown shed filled with various Muggle artifacts confiscated by Mr. Weasley. He likes to take apart and enchantment them for fun. He used to have a turquoise Ford Anglia car stored in here that he bewitched to fly and installed an invisibility booster. However, the car was last seen somewhere in the Forbidden Forest.
